Refund policy

 

U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS

Returns are accepted within 7 days after your order is delivered. You can return online purchases in its original packaging by shipping them to our Customer care processing center. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. There is a restocking fee of $25. ​

Your package needs to be post-marked on or before 7 days from the date your order was delivered to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original method of payment.

There are NO refunds for prescription or custom orders. All custom sales and/or deposits are final.

Packages with tracking information that state 'Delivered/Signed for' that are claimed 'LOST' by the customer; must be resolved by the customer & the carrier.

NO refunds if we do not receive the product back in the same condition we initially shipped in.

Customers bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to Sophe Sierra until the items shipped are received at the Customer care processing center.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

There are NO refunds or returns on international orders.
